We held our annual management conference this afternoon at the iconic Oval Cricket Ground. The location provided a superb backdrop for an event that saw colleagues from across the company come together to hear first-hand about our current, and future, business performance and strategy.
We are pleased to shared images of our new offices at Oval House, a short walk from the nearby Underground station. As the latest pictures reveal, commissioning work continues at pace and in the next few weeks we will start to use the building for driver training courses.
Our drivers, engineers and controllers are unsung heroes, so we are pleased to publicly acknowledge Brian Scott, a driver based at Battersea Garage, for his exemplary service.
We are in the process of familiarising our drivers with a fleet of zero-emission Wrightbus Electroliners, in advance of their phased introduction on Route 270 (Mitcham to Putney Bridge) over the next few weeks.

Fulwell Tram Depot was built in 1902 for London United Tramways, before being converted to trolleybus operations between 1931 and 1935. A further change of use took place in 1962, when motorbuses replaced trolleybuses.

On 11 July, Abellio London Bus opened the doors on its brand new depot at Dawley Road, in Hayes. This is a purpose built operating centre that houses up to 56 buses. Routes 278, 350, 482, U5, U7 and U9 will operate from here, serving customers across West London.
