From West to South-East London, our depots sit in the heart of their communities. Each depot has the latest driving and engineering technology, giving outstanding opportunities to our people and providing a state-of-the art service to our customers.

Battersea Depot

Based in the heart of Battersea, serving Londoners across the city.

Our central London depot runs some of the city’s most iconic bus routes and is the base for Transport UK’s driver training and iBus operations.

With over 450 colleagues on site, our team brings together operations, engineering, performance, and HR — all working together to keep London moving.

Located just steps away from the iconic Battersea Power Station, our busy central London depot is a hub of energy, teamwork, and opportunity. Our drivers operate some of the capital’s most scenic and historic routes, with drivers regularly passing landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament.

As a recognised training centre, we proudly support new talent at the start of their careers while being home to some of our most experienced and skilled drivers. The depot also serves as the base for our careers and HR teams, alongside our dedicated iBus operations and an exceptional team of engineers who keep our fleet running smoothly.

Based in Croydon, our depot plays a vital role in connecting communities across South East and South West London, operating a range of essential local routes.

Home to over 350 dedicated team members, the depot supports key roles across operations and engineering—working together to keep our services running safely and smoothly every day.

Located just minutes from Croydon’s bustling retail district—with excellent transport links—our Beddington depot is a key part of our South East London network.

Since opening in 2000, the depot has gone from strength to strength. In 2022, the Beddington team was proud to be named a finalist in the UK Bus Awards for London Bus Garage of the Year—recognition of their hard work and commitment.

Our friendly and dedicated teams work tirelessly to keep South East London moving, delivering safe, reliable service to the communities we serve.

Hayes Depot

Conveniently located near Hayes, our depot plays a key role in delivering essential bus services to communities across West London.

This accessible and modern facility supports a range of local routes and is home to a dedicated team of around 150 people, with roles focused on operations and service delivery.

Opened in 2022, Hayes is the newest addition to the Transport UK London Bus network. This modern, purpose-built facility was designed to support the future of bus travel, with sustainability and efficiency at its core.

We’re proud to serve this vibrant corner of West London with a fantastic team dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Hayes is home to a growing electric bus infrastructure and operates key routes—including services to Heathrow Airport and vital connections for the local community.

Welcome to our purpose built, modern bus depot, close to the centre of Southall.

Our Southall depot opened in 2019 and brought new opportunities, new jobs and new bus routes to this area.

With routes covering vital local areas, our teams and depot sit at the heart of the communities they serve in this special part of West London.

Twickenham Depot

Situated close to Fulwell mainline station, serving communities in South West London.

This large depot based in Fulwell operates a number of key bus routes.

Over 350 people are based here, roles include operations, performance and engineering.

Welcome to Twickenham

Just around the corner from Fulwell train station and close to great transport links, our Twickenham depot is a little piece of South West London history. Originally opened as a tram depot in 1903 this site is the one for you if you are interested in the history of transport. Twickenham is also home to some of our newest and most advanced electric buses.

Our teams love working in this beautiful part of outer London, some of our routes take customers through the lovely areas of Barnes, Kew, Putney and Richmond beside the river Thames.

Welcome to our easily accessible, central depot in the heart of Camberwell. Walworth was originally opened as a tram depot in the 1890's and has a long history of serving customers across busy local and central London routes. 

Our depot and our fantastic teams sit at the heart of a vibrant community, and they have been leading the way in sustainable travel by introducing the latest technology to operate Transport UK London Bus's fleet of electric buses.
